In the Team following doctors were included:

• Dr. Nauman Idris

 The activity was sponsored and supported by Disaster Relief by Irish & Pakistanis (DRIP), Ireland. Medicines worth of Rs.20000/- for the free medical camp were provided by DRIP.  The team reached the UM Trust Hospital (www.umtrust.org ), Zahidabad at 11.30 AM and was received by Mr. Atif Mumtaz, Director of UM Trust and the staff of the Hospital. About 300 patients were examined at the camp. 

The patients mainly included diarrheal diseases, worm infestations, insect (mainly mosquito) bites, scabies, impetigo and respiratory & urinary tract infections. Cases of hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases were also seen.    

The following were the outcome of the activity: -

• Handing over of Rs.100000/- for daily meal for the IDPs residing near UM Trust Hospital.
• Handing over of Rs.44276/- by donors from UK & Canada for Ghara, lid & Katora.
• Distribution of over 700 Gharas, Lids & Katoras to IDPs living around UM Trust Hospital.
• Food distribution for IDPs which will be on daily basis according to the menu listed below.
• Two Edhi Ambulances, coordinated by DRIP / DMC on last Free Medical Camp were providing excellent services for the IDPs. Both the ambulances with the staff of a UM Trust Hospital & CRDS provided emergency cover to the blast victims a couple of week back at Rustam. Donation of Medicines to UM Trust Hospital for daily OPD for the IDPs.
• Staff of Comprehensive Disaster Response Services (www.cdrspakistan.org ) at UM Trust Hospital is providing quality health services for the IDPs. The team was coordinated by DRIP/DMC team during the last Free Medical Camp at UM Trust Hospital.
